Free Community Drop-in Mindfulness Sessions

Want to take a mindful moment in the middle of your day?

 

The Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Vanderbilt holds free drop-in mindfulness sessions. No reservations are needed; simply choose the sessions that work for you:

 

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:15 p.m.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:15 p.m.

 

Then join by computer, laptop, tablet or phone at the following Zoom link a few minutes early: https://zoom.us/j/5559330907. Sessions are led by an Osher Center mindfulness instructor and last about 10 minutes.
