Starting Monday, August 10, the fitness center in the Employee Wellness Center will be open 5:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Starting Monday, August 17, the fitness center will be open 5:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday. After 3 p.m., please enter using the 2nd floor Employee Wellness Center entrance (via parking lot off Berry Road). From there, you can access the fitness center via the elevator, stairs, or spiral staircase on the walking track.
As a reminder:
A maximum of 15 people on fitness floor, 5 in studio and 5 on walking track
A minimum of 10 feet between people
No water fountains or water bottle stations (bring your own water)
Locker rooms, showers and changing areas will remain closed
The single-person restroom in the fitness center is open and handicap accessible (you may also use the upstairs restrooms if needed)
Fitness classes will remain on pause
Entrance/exit
You must enter through the downstairs main door and exit through the fitness center side door (opposite corner from the main fitness entrance).
Safety measures
Everyone entering or using the fitness center must:
Wear a mask or face covering when entering and/or moving around in the building; however, you may remove it during exercise.
Have their temperature checked before entering the fitness center; anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will be required to leave the premises
Fully sanitize each piece of equipment before and after each use
The building, including the fitness center, is being cleaned and sanitized each night.
